What is a good NPS for SaaS?
NPS of 30 to 50 is solid for indie SaaS. 50+ is excellent. Below 20 means the product isn't loved enough to grow via word of mouth. For early-stage indie SaaS with under 200 responses, NPS is more directional than predictive – use it as a trend over time, not as a fixed target.
